How much does flower delivery cost?

Delivery from Whimsy Blooms costs $14.99 per order to one address, whichever delivery day you choose, and the fee shows on every bouquet and plant before checkout. A Standard Sunflowers bouquet at $62 comes to $76.99 delivered. Subscription prices include delivery. Sales tax, where it applies, is added at checkout. At nine large US online florists, the median delivery fee was $19.99 on October 7, 2026, according to the SendFlowers.io fee report. Some of them vary the fee by delivery day or address.
Delivery is $14.99 per order to one address. The fee is the same whichever delivery day you choose, and we add no service fee.
An order can hold several bouquets, plants and add-ons and still carries one delivery fee. Each order goes to one address, so flowers for two people at two addresses take two orders, each with its own fee.
Each bouquet and plant page prints the fee. While your order is empty, its add button shows the total with delivery, such as “$76.99 with delivery” for Standard Sunflowers. Your order lists the fee on its own line, and the payment page shows it again before you pay.

Add-ons carry no delivery fee of their own: Glass Vase $15, Chocolates $18, Balloon $9 and Keepsake Card $6. Deluxe and Grand bouquets cost $20 and $40 more than Standard, and the delivery fee stays $14.99.

Each plan renews and is charged at its price until you cancel. Twelve deliveries of the Monthly Bouquet cost $828.
Our sympathy flowers and plants cost $68 to $125, or $82.99 to $139.99 with delivery. They are the White Lilies and Hydrangea bouquets and the Phalaenopsis Orchid plant.
Delivery to a funeral home costs the same $14.99 as delivery to a house. Call the funeral home before you order to check when it accepts deliveries, then pick a day before the service.

When we read it, the SendFlowers.io Flower Delivery Fee Report tracked 5,894 bouquets from nine large US online florists and put the median delivery fee at $19.99. The report records the lowest fee a shopper could pay across each bouquet's delivery dates. It leaves out same-day rush charges, holiday surge pricing and fees for particular ZIP codes.
FTD sets its fee by address and date. Its delivery policy says “Standard shipping and delivery charges start as low as $19.99, though prices may vary by delivery location, shipping time, or calendar day.”
1-800-Flowers says “A Saturday Delivery surcharge may also apply for both Local Florist Delivery and Direct Shipped items.”
UrbanStems waives shipping above an order minimum: orders over $140 “ship free,” with the $140 “calculated after any discounts, and before taxes and fees.”
- Price the same delivery day and recipient ZIP code on each site.
- Compare totals on the last page before payment, after delivery, any service charge and any tax have been added.
- Check whether a second recipient needs a second order and a second fee. Each of our orders goes to one address.
- Compare sizes by stem count where a florist gives one. Ours are approximate, such as “about 8 stems” for Standard Sunflowers, and a substitution can change the number of stems.
